It’s the scraper side of a BBQ grill scraper. My tire just sucked it right up it was plugged and it’s holding up great.

I went to Aiea Collision but that’s when Matson was paying. They’re who Servco uses for bodywork.

What are the options for windshield repair, do we get to choose who does the work or insurance tell us?

i called safelite and they said call allstate. allstate called safelite and it was free. no deductible as long as it was small enough. safelites by target by joint base so pretty convenient

It’s in the drivers line of sight. So I heard safelite can’t repair those so I think I need to get a new windshield. Allstate said I can go through anyone so I’m going to go to my friends body shop.

Since I've been here, it seems like everyone went from bilsteins/OME to the icon bandwagon. But most did away with them in favor of Kings and ADS and were happy.
I think the general consensus is that Fox will corrode in our environment. IDK if you know, but Icon no longer services their own shocks in house. They send you other shops for rebuilds/valving.
I think think they're all overkill for any truck down here, just plan it out so you don't have to buy things more than once to get the results you want. If I could do it all over, I would do an a la carte setup with ext King shocks, shackle flip, Dakar leafs, and UCA/LCA.

I'd avoid ace. They scratched off the paint in the rain channel on the A pillar when they replaced my windshield, and didn't paint it apparently. a year or two later I could see rust bubbling out from the inside. My windshield has been out 3 times trying to fix it. Assholes...

BTW, anyone have Amazon fire TV here in Hawaii?
