I love Hawaii...and have often thought about living on Maui or Oahu .
I could afford to live there so that’s not holding me back.
As I said I like it there so much i vacation there 3 times a year .
Have looked at places a few times in the waelea area ....in fact my wife wants to look at a couple places when we are in Maui this month.
Any thoughts about moving there ??

Where are you guys originally from? Is it country or city living? Maui is really nice but there's not a lot to do there city-wise

Short of the mall and high end shopping, I’d consider Honolulu a tourist attraction.

Whenever you move to Hawaii, make sure you’ve done plenty of research on cost of living. My roommates bought their place in Ewa Beach for around $500k or so like six years ago, and comps are around $825k now.

Ok I quit. I cant figure out what's wrong with the 2nd car. Can anyone help me? Cant pay much but would greatly appreciate it and can buy some beer.

98 ford Taurus no temperature guage. I have tried replacing the thermostat, did a coolant flush and replaced the coolant temperature sensor. Also checked all fuses. Still cant figure it out.

Short of replacing the coolant temperature sensor plug idk what to do.

could be the dash needle died...or there is an open short on it.

if you have an ultragauge or scangauge you should be able to use those as a real time read for engine temp.

I do not have one of those nor do I know how to use one. I'm guessing the needle dodnt does because the car on hot days will go and then after a while it will lose all power and have to floor it to get it to stay at 50 (yes I know its bad for the car but I needed to get home)

I'm guessing you mean Wailea on Maui. It's super nice there but it's expensive. Condos start around 600k. My future inlaws live there and every little thing is 30% overpriced since it's all 5 star resorts. A six pack of longboard is like $14. But it's super sunny year round, the water is always beautiful and the roads are 10x better than Oahu.

Did you try to research and use google?? Just did a small search and even found a video of a guy who basically changed a bunch of things, only to find out that he had a couple cracked spark plugs..

I have an ultra gauge that you could borrow to read your engine temps.. but someone more knowledgeable could chime in to see if you would loose power if it was running hot, and not just overheat and die

If dude has a place in Carmel (awesome) a ranch in Oregon, and a Vegas house, not sure he’s gonna blink at 600k and expensive food..

But in other news, If he wants to buys a house, let me know.. I got one that he can make an offer on.. :)
