    What the dude says. Their app is great, super simple and it's all real listings. I stopped trusting Zillow about 6 years ago when half of the listings were scams.

    I check realtor.com's ap once a week around my neighborhood to see how it's doing. N Shore is on fire right now, million dollar houses selling left and right.

    I can refer you to my realtor if you would like, she works for KellerWilliams (huge realestate agency here) and they have their own search engines that can email you automatic updates of listings within your criteria. I think she specializes in single family homes under $1m as well as condos starting at $200k and up.

    Yea I use both realtor and Zillow to cross reference each other. But realtor.com is really easy to use.

    I have had a lot of friends move to the mainland. More the 10 in the last year have moved to Washington, Oregon, Colorado. And they love it. They miss home but are glad they did it
