I used oahure when I was house hunting here. Zillow seems to always have outdated* info

 

I-5 during rush hour can be just as bad as H-1.

I've hit I-5 and took me three hours to get from SeaTac to Lacey, normally is about 30 minutes.

I've also been stuck for over an hour from University Village (Seattle) to Bellevue, which is only supposed to be a 15-20 minute drive (WA-520, I-90 and I-405).

 

Yea I was in Seattle I-5 traffic during rush hour it sucked. My cousin lives in the Roosevelt neighborhood up there. Wasn’t a big fan of Seattle in general so I don’t plan on being up there too much

 

I think that price would come down some, once they build up a pot of money...unless they greedy bastids and start raising it yearly by $5

Yep. The price of everything keeps going up, and older buildings/townhouses need more maintenance. Electricity, sewage, water, trash, painting, landscaping... it's not getting cheaper.

 

And that’s the writing on the crumbling wall my friend. I’ve lived in my town house for 3 years come November and each year they raised the fee 20 bucks started at 300 now it’s at 360. And they want to raise it again.

 

mine jumped up $40 this year, but others paid more...they sent a notice last year and raised everyone rates by a % depending on the unit...so there are a few 3 bedroom that are 2 floor, their rate shot up another $200-300

That’s exactly what that gardenia was doing to my cousin. He sold his last year.

 

I gotta dig out the letter and get more involved with the board of director meetings and such...I wanna try and get them to put in covered parking and toss some solar panels on top

 

Yea that’s my big gripe is no covered parking

 

my friends place near the mall and kahekili highway has covered parking, but no pool. think he pays less than I do too.

 

Yea I know which one your talking about it’s the empela way ones. Yea the only amenity we have is a shitty play ground. We get HD cable(1box), water sewer, landscaping/rubbish service. No pool no club house. And we pay 360

 

I guess i'm sorta happy, they put the new white roof sealant stuff on my building, so my kitchen stays cool all day long

 

We just got gutters that’s something to be happy about lol
