My bad, I haven’t logged on in a few days. Lol. Here’s my 6”BDS lift with fox coil overs. Honolulu Speed Shop in sand island did my lift. I’m on 35x12.5’s on 18x9s. I do off-road my truck but nothing major. Mainly just to get to fishing spots.

Also, Dave at mod industries will not do a drop bracket lift. I’ve personally asked. Lol. Really cool guy though and runs a great shop too.

Mahalo for the info and for saving me a phone call to Mod Industries. Your truck looks solid.

Edit: where did you get the lift kit from?

I ordered it through Honolulu speed shop along with my wheels. Just go in and talk to them. Tell them Elias told you about them.

superlube for the bushings should be available at grainger or maguire bearing locally.
triflow for uniball at any bicycle shop.

i have Camburg, but I use Superlube and Triflow from Amazon. Supposedly just water and wiping the uniballs is all that’s needed and the best long term method. I believe TC recommends no lube also

Uni ball don’t use triflow going to eat up your Teflon. Use dry graphite used for locks.

Everything that I've ever read says the opposite. Not to use graphite or moly, as it may damage the plastic by penetrating and weakening it. For teflon, its generally recommended that you use a teflon based (PTFE) lubricant.
The uniball has a teflon liner because that is its own self lubrication. Added lubes are just supplemental.

I think the more important issue is the dirt and contamination ruins the teflon liner. So keeping it clean will help it last longer.

Can anybody recommend a place where I can mount my new rims and tires at a reasonable price? Thanks

Triflow has PTFE and it still ate up the Teflon. But it did make the squeaking noise go away. You guys use whatever you guys use just passing on past experiences with triflow. :anonymous:
