Funny that I haven't seen anyone talking about this. Waialua edition RX, basically a blacked out/ chrome delete package. Looks a little sinister for a crossover.

Wish there was a “bay” that could be rented for the day. A bring your own tools possibly not even a lift. Just a covered garage area. Would be cool, but probably too much liability

Anyone have a plasma cutter? About to pull the trigger on BAMF HD shackle hangers. But dont want to spend hours grinding and hammering the old ones off.

To be honest, having a plasma cutter won't help that much in getting the old ones off. You're still going to have to drill out/grind off the rivets and punch them through. If you are trying to free up space by plasma cutting the factory hanger, its not much harder to get it off with a sawzall.

Not true! I ordered my plasma just for jobs like this and I can assure you it did in fact help

I get garage, and choke parking

You wanna rent my space? Lmk
That's actually the next logical step in the progression of my career, get paid to not work:rofl::rofl::rofl:
I run a teaching garage, and I pay my helper to do work as an apprentice. If you trying to pay, to bring your own shit, and just use my shaded slab right on:bananadance:

Stand corrected, If i were him I'd pay you to do it, Fk those rivets.

Can anyone explain what the big deal of the hammer hanger is? Reviews make it seem like the factory hangers are just flopping around back there and these are a cure all. Maybe the stock hanger may have a little flex to it, but I think the frame flexes more. I thought that these would be for the desert, dune jumping crowd, but they market them for the everyday driver and weekend wheeler as well.

Anyone have any experience with them?

I still had to punch the rivets out but I didn't have to drill at all. I plasma gouged the heads of the rivets and the remainder punched right through. The plasma also makes fast work or cutting off the oem shock mounts to make room for relocation brackets
The big deal is that the factory brackets are too thin and will eventually bow outwards with even normal use. Bigger brackets negate that
