For all you guys with Honda EU2000i. How much should I pay for a used one with roughly 20 hours?? I know regular price is about $1000...

 

If I buy something used in good condition, I don't want to pay more than 80%. Otherwise I could spend a little more and get new with a warranty.

So I say ~$800 max?

Thinking of bringing the Slash on Sunday.

 

I just got rid of the brushless on my summit and went back to stock. Tired of rebuilding diffs...I might bring it too.

 

You playing on asphalt ? I was blowing diffs fast and often when I did. I have a slipper clutch now, but I avoid asphalt .

 

Yep. It has a slipper clutch, but with brushless, if I leave it too loose, it would smoke the clutch. Too tight and I blow the diffs. With the stock brushed motor its fine tho. Even on asphalt.

Anyone know of a good silicon sealant for headlights. or have some i could sample. I got hooked up on some headlights but the guy told me that they fog up after heavy rain and sometimes after he washed his truck.

 

Can't really find any good info on em, but it looks like a mangaflow design. I have a magnaflow, no complaints here. Full stainless construction.
You going for sound or performance?
I'd say stay away from aluminumized mufflers, like the regular flowmasters. I had them rust out in 2 years.

 

I never had to use any, but theretrofitsource dot com sells their headlight sealant, but that's for baking them apart and reinstalling. If its just for around the edges, I think hardware store silicone will do the trick.
