At new years, my gfs cousin brought some berry flavored moonshine. I thought he was crazy when he said he wanted us to finish it before midnight... Then I manned up to try it and it was pretty weak. I think it was a little stronger than 20%. Definitely not the real thing, but it was fun drinking out of a mason jar for the first time. Finished it off, and it still did the job without me ending up on the floor. Can't imagine the real deal... I cringe at the thought of Bacardi 151 nowadays!

 

i think ill just stick to the good ol' fashioned beer

 

Funny... The one I drank is only 50% and smells like rubbing alcohol. Kinda burns going down with a very slight hint of blueberry. I poured it into a glass cup not straight outta the bottle so, if you wanna try some I still have. Lol

fuck if i had known how much we all would have wanted it... i would have talk some sense into my idiot friends who ruined it for Kauai...... now no one gets it. and everyone that stopped it now bitches about not having it. couple friends lost their boards from coast guard when they did that stupid line up and blocked the harbor.

Politics didn't shut down the Super Ferry, people from Kauai did. You guys can blame politics or the problems with the environmental impact study all you want. I remember some footage from the news awhile back that showed people being bullied when they were leaving the Super Ferry in Kauai. Talk about no Aloha! Flame me if you want.

You might also want to point fingers at Matson and Young Brothers. Im sure they had something to do with it.
