What have you done to your truck lately
Just plant some money tree's in your back yard and wait till it produces some Ben's.

    Too long to list :D
I have one of those Japanese money trees in my front yard. Never seems to work.. Then I found out it doesn't work like that. Only thing is if you chop it down then you go poor. A kind of vindictive tree if you ask me

its not like a standalone ECU where you can upload a new tune whenever you want to. once its reflashed, the ECU wont be able to be changed back to its original tune or any other new tune you want to go with. you would have to get a whole new ecu. example, if by some reason servco went to upload a supercharged tune to your ECU, but it was for the wrong trans (auto vs manual) they would have to order a new ECU.

when they were recalling toyotas for the brakes, they were also reflashing the ECU to update it. if i allowed them to reflash my ECU, then the next time around they went to change it, theyd have to start with a whole new ECU. i made it clear when i brought my truck in for the headlights that were melting in the DTRL to not touch anything else other than the headlights...because i heard of dealerships just going ahead and fixing all recalls without asking permission.

so in the end, i only had my ECU reflashed once...when i got servco to upload the TRD supercharger reflash.

There were questions earlier about the U bolt flip working with the Superbumps, so I thought I'd post a few pics. For Rick, I suggested the U bolt flip since it looks cleaner, and wont damage the threads if you drag anything. I also suggested the Superbumps even tho they don't work with a flip kit because most people feel the Timbrens have too much rebound for off roading. So the Superbumps are better if you don't carry a lot of weight in the bed. I also have the U bolt flip and Superbumps in front, and was working on a solution for a long time for mine, but never got around to doing it. Obviously its much easier with the kit uninstalled.
Anyway, Just lay it out and drill the bracket,
    IMG_1115 (800x600).jpg
Drill and tap the top plate,
    IMG_1130 (800x600).jpg
And done! The bracket fits perfectly between the nuts.
    IMG_1132 (800x600).jpg
This way, you don't need to mess around with loosening the U bolt to replace or adjust your bumpstops.
Pretty easy! ...if you have a tiny machine shop in your garage :D

Yeah, I was trying to rephrase that... but there was no other way. "Between the fasteners" just isn't right either.
I guess I could have said "between the distorted thread locknuts" but that would have been more confusing.

Thanks Kaleo. I'm gonna have to take mine apart to drill and tap them tho :(
I might be okay putting the rear axle on jackstands, removing the tires, and just remove the top plates.
