At first thats what i thought. but then when i got it priced out at 500+ bucks i was like naaah im good. so this one is the bigger one of the single compressors that can still air up tires and all that good stuff. Plus i dont think i have enough room in my engine bay at the moment.

yeah my green stuff is all gone :( but even then, i plan on one day doing an SAS with this truck. so i have lots of time. ill just enjoy being a TRD sport/offroad+ (+ = stronger locker)

So today, I had my purchasing department call around and price that welding machine for me. Both Air Liquide (Tweco distributor) locations are sold out, and they can't seem to keep them in stock. The one I want and the next higher Fabricator model are both selling out quick. So after work I swung by air gas/gas pro to take a look at the twice as expensive miller version, the Multimatic. They were sold out of that before they even had their sale last week! These multiprocess machines seem to be hot sellers!
So I just shot a few emails out for quotes on shipping to Hawaii. I just can catch a break

Not really. nice thing about that machine is AC so can tig aluminum. The tweco cannot. Also super small. But it's 230V only. Besides, I want a mig and tig machine. That way I can weld flux core. Messy and prone to porosity, but cheap and convenient. Can also get gas and run solid wire. The tweco can weld up to 3/16" metal, which is plenty for the kind of stuff I need to do. The tweco can MIg weld aluminum but need to buy the spool gun.
BTW, any tig machine can stick weld ;)

Yeah, just saw the 110/220. I just ordered the tweco online with the foot pedal. I didn't buy tig torch since a new one found its way into my lunch box at work today :D
