adding unnecessary driveshaft angle if you don't need it doesn't really help though

the main reason I havent thrown my 6" shackles back on

 

No rubbing in the rear, but in order to raise the fronts a tad higher, I need the back up as well so no droop.

That was the plan Mike. Angle one of the blocks to comp for the shim that's there.

 

I hear ya Cody. That's why only one inch. I don't want to get back to the Diff drop I had by going too high and having CV alignment issues. The one inch more seemed harmless and I want a little more clearance for the 18's I have

 

Mike, can you get me the blocks this weekend? Was wondering if you need the angle for the shim to mill the block. You can come by and look at the shim I have and get the measurement. I'm not sure of the angle they're at. I'm assuming that one block will be taller than one inch to account for the extra incline of the shim angle

 

I made a 1” for Phil not too long ago. Wasn't hard at all

 

Yeah...I know Mike has the talent for sure. Iven says his shim angle is 3 degrees.

 

But you could make your own!

That means I'll have to do some math

Should be able to cut the other one tomorrow

Thanks Mike! I'm ordering new U Bolts from All-Pro for more thread since Iven cut mine shorter after the flip. Now I need extension for the threads...lol

 

Headstrong has u bolts different legnths.

Headstrong U Bolts aren't the flip kind...just checked... I like their lift block design though... But mine is being fab'd by Luka... A one off...
