As for a legit place, go with whoever your insurance company uses, that way you should get a lifetime satisfaction warranty on the work done. If you take it to a shop of your choice, you take all the risk.

And IDK about their service, but acme has done some nice work, they do a lot of the dealership cars from lexus and are good with the pearl paintjobs.

What kind of car are we talking about here?

 

i've had good work done by dent doctors, and they do a lot of insurance work.

 

both places are on my statefarm contract...'11 scion xb black sand pearl if color matters lok

You guys all have "multiple" cars done by various shops... You all bad drivers or just unlucky to be driving next to bad drivers?? Lol.

i feel so behind on this thread. a few days and im totally lost. on an awesome note ill be getting the locker installed on Sunday with Ratha and my tonneau cover is in the mail so i should be seeing that either late this week or early next.

Ill be officially homeless on the 20th of this month and i got a few household things to get rid of. so If anyone wants some office chairs i have 3 or 4 to get rid of each at 10-20 bucks a piece. might be selling my little desk and a few mini fridges if anyone is interested. anyway ill keep u guys posted. i will be gone for sure by the 30th of july. lets go do something fun


oh and my phone broke yesterday morning so ill be out of contact for a few days. i might have something by this afternoon.

 

so i should be getting my truck. back this weekend. hope all is well with it. but I've been thinking about trading it in anyway.

So yesterday i lifted the rear by putting on 1in blocks and i also put the 1/4 top plate on drivers side. I measured out the front, its even. When i measured out the back the drivers side is 1in higher than the passenger side. Whats up with that?

 

yes another. in MGM again. Definately want a TRD Off Road this time around. 4x4 will depend on what I get for trade-in and final out the door price.

 

kurodas hands down if its insurance work. highest quality workmanship and almost every part replaced is dealer OEM. many shops will cheap out and use aftermarket or even used parts.

 

thanks yeah oem for sure..other party will be paying and I wont settle for less. made an appt with kurodas next week tues. got a question, if I want something replaced but they think they can body work it like bondo, can I still request the whole panel be replaced? I will not accept bondo on my vehicle esp in the area where the hatch meets the bumper

 

Finished my passenger's side as much as I can until after the driver's side is done. After both are done I just have to add one more frame mount tube at the rear then they are ready!



I was going to cap the ends with plastic caps like everything else because I like how it looks. But I figure these will be exposed to a lot of rocks and water being so close to the tires, so welded caps it is!
