You still got the one forward most hole to drill by hand though. I didn't even drill mine yet. I just have the rear and middle drilled.;)

I saw that area... Guessing the Mag Drill won't mount up there in the front hunh. That's ok...got a new Cobalt bit, so I think I can push a hole through the fronts with a hand drill...:D

No worries...I still need the new light first, so we'll wait for that and then do they whole re-connect thing...:D

Biggest tip for the Dakars.. there is a DIY in the forum... talked about using the stock bottle jack between the frame and the pack when bolting up the eyes.. that worked wonders..

You may need shims.. some have needed them, sone have not..

Damn guys! I can;t make a mod day tomorrow because I have my pre-psych test!

On the plus side, I just finished my PHQ! Man was that a lot of questions lol. Now time to start on the PHS :(
Well that came out of NOWHERE!!! Looks great though! :D
Technically they would make perfect steps, and super light duty rub-rails without any drilling.. But I would just drill um' and be done with it. That way you know its rock solid :D

when I had to adjust my shackle flip, I ended up using my hi-lift to jack the rear end from the tow hitch, it worked rather well in letting me adjust the height to best line up the leaf springs bolt.

did you get a set of oem leaf spring bushings? I used a press to install mine but it looks like you could set them in with a hammer/mallet and a piece of wood
