    they need to hurry up and revise the recon requirements. we shouldnt have to pop the hood for recon. anything that fails unrealated to suspension should be failed by the safety inspector not at recon. better yet just let the safety inspector decide if suspension is safe or not and just get rid of the recon office

    We do just like everyone else on Hawaii that can't pass Recon. Have spares of everything they always fail...lights, wheel/tires, etc......:p Shop and swap...:p Pass and revert...

    You can just loosen the bumper and sneak the lights out, even with full hoops. Helps to have someone else hold the bumper out of the way.
