    I know I have to extend my flaps to cover the thread of the tire that contacts the road. Do I need to extend above the flap for that small section that will be sticking outta the flare?
    If so, is there any particular materials you recommend? Was looking at 18 wheeler flaps and just cutting to fit.

    And for specific inquiries, you're better to just go to the inspection station and see what they want you to do.
    The most common answer you're going to get is, "depends on who your inspector is."
    The cheapest method is to buy garden edging and screw them on, but I'm not a fan of garden flares. LOL.
