Trying to better understand what the ECM is seeing and how it's interpreting these readings.

I have a rough idle and intermittent loss of power... among a few other issues. CEL Codes generally indicate engine is running lean. (P0171, P0174 and P0306)

But... for the purpose of this post.. I am looking for help with a few specific numbers.

First... the Air Fuel Trim. I understand it should be around 14.7:1... but my numbers average anywhere from a low of 8.0:1 to a high of 10.0:1. If I cut the gas and coast, AFR (commanded) pins at 9.02:1 and AFR (measured) pins at 12.03:1. Neither number will move until I hit the gas again. When RPM is stable at around 2500, reading is around 9.70:1.

Second... why would catalyst temperatures for B1S1, B2S1 always read EXACTLY the same... and catalyst temperatures for B1S2, B2S2 always read EXACTLY the same? Shouldn't they vary somewhat?

    Example:
    B1S1 Temp: 824.54
    B2S1 Temp: 824.54

    B1S2 Temp: 516.56
    B2S2 Temp: 516.56

The readings will fluctuate... but always be exactly the same as each other from both banks.

Third... Torque Pro only "sees" wide range voltage for O2 sensors #1 and #5 (Torque Pro seems to have the ability to read O2 sensors 1 through 8). I realize my Tacoma only has two O2 sensors... but is it strange that Torque Pro sees them as #1 and #5... as opposed to say #1 and #2?

Thanks... I know this post is long.
