    I have a 2000 Prerunner, V6, 2wd. It started running real rough.
    OBD2 code said P0300 & P0305.
I changed all the plugs (checked gap), wires (one at a time) and fuel filter. Still had code 0305.
I switched #5 coil with #3 coil to test #5 coil. Still got code 0305.
    HELP... Any ideas?

Your next best hope is to check out the injectors. Either by moving one (like with the coils), or pull them all out and clean them (or send them off to be serviced by somewhere like MotorWest). Otherwise, you're into Compression and Leak Down testing. You should be checking the oil and coolant as well.

Thanks Andy. I looked on Youtube about removing injectors but found nothing related to a 2000 tacoma v6 (1st gen). Can someone point me to this?

@Timmah! Has a great video about working with the injectors:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-lhZIWOkyU

You'll want to get yourself some spare o rings for the injectors, and some of the crusher washers for the fuel rails.

I followed the gas method shown in the video, but had a lot of issues pinching the o rings. The motorwest injectors come with a small tube of SuperLube which I used on the second go-around, and I found it much easier to install the injectors without fubaring the o rings. Just a small amount will do the trick.

If you search on his channel, he also has videos for the compression and leak down tests.
