2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road

Sumo Springs, Andersen Weight Distribution Hitch

My OBD2 Fusion Battery readout on my phone app is 0.8 volts lower than what I get with my multimeter at the battery. Is this just something I have to live with or is there an adjustment in the software I could make so the readings match?
