I was 215 back in 06. It's all about commitment and determination. If you want to sit on your couch all day and watch biggest loser while stuffing ur fat face then do so, fly ur fucking flag. If not, get the fuck up and do something about it. I did!

Not trying to put myself on a high horse but just so u can see anything is possible. If you have to find excuses not to do something then you don't have what it takes. Here's a pic from 06 and one from the other day

Ok, I have been working at In-N-Out for 2+ years now, and i have seen underweight/normal/overweight/obese people, and in my opinion it does depend on your mentality.
I remember one day i took an order for a guy that ended up getting 2 4x4's, 2 animal fries with extra spread, and XL shake and a XL soda. I was so disgusted at how big this guy was and how insane his order was.
Anyways, the before the 2nd summer i worked there i was about 5'5" 165 lbs. I stopped drinking all soda that summer and i dropped 10 lbs. After that summer i was 5'6" 155lbs.
Now for the past 5 months I've been counting my calories, and working out every day, I may not be eating right, but I'm eating better. I'll get no cheese on my burger at work and i get ketchup and mustard instead of the spread, and I haven't eaten the spread in the past 3 months (it's SOOO bad for you!!!). As of earlier today I'm 5'6" 140lbs, and I lost most of my stomach.

Some people have the ability to be able to do it themselves, but when it come to obese people that ask for help I'll give my opinion or I'm glad to see that they are taking the right steps to get help themselves. But when they don't want help and are happy with the way they are, let them be, let them live their lives. Think about it this way, when I see an obese person i think to myself "I'll never let myself become that".

probably should've thought about posting that because most people don't know what In-N-Out is.:p It's a privately owned fast food chain in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. And after 2 years of working there I'm still not sick of the food:cool:

Did you ever notice that you never see a handicapped person on one of those electric scooters they provide for the handicapped at the market, it's always one of the gravety challanged individuals in the ice cream isle.

It's ironic that you posted this. Today at lunch the girlfriend and I went to Jason's Deli and up rolled a large lady on an electric scooter/cart. My girlfriend goes, "I wonder what happened to her?" I told her that odds are, nothing at all happened to her, the scooter was most likely the result of her being severely overweight. She didn't believe me.

Lady rolls up to a table outside, parks the cart, gets right up out of it and walks into the restaurant. I just looked at my girlfriend and smiled.

Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
It's ok if they order 3 Big Macs and 3 large fries, 5 apple fritters and 2 sundaes as long as they get an extra large Diet Coke.

Sadly enough... There are too many lazy people out there that just don't care... It's even worse when you see a fat child... Just the other day I saw a little girl that couldn't have been over the age of 5 and 3' tall and she prob weighed 100 lbs...

it's a illness, like alcoholics. just more visible, and easier to target with jokes.

way more fat jokes than drunk jokes. funnier ones too :)
