By observing the MSRP for each model, I have come up with some pricing for each option or each part of the configuration:
    • Short bed to Long bed: $500
    • 4x2 to 4x4: $3075 (3595 for O/R)
    • Access Cab to Double Cab: $870
    • Manual to Automatic: $1400 ($1180 Sport)
    • SR5 to TRD Sport: $2185
    • SR5 to TRD O/R: $3270 (4x2 $2750)
Things listed on the First Page:
    • Mudguards: $100
    • Tonneau Cover: $650
    • SR Convenience: $480
    • SR5 Appearance: $880 ($650 L4)
    • SR5 Appearance with Sonar Parking and Navigation: $1965 ($1425 L4)
    • Premium and Technology Package: $2455 Double Cab ($1605 Access Cab)
    • Premium and Technology Package with JBL Audio: $3600
Based on what I see for the West Region, the difference between 4x4 and 4x2 numbers make me sad:

    4x2: 1233 vehicles
    4x4: 267 vehicles

    4x2 DCSB TRD O/R: 150
    4x4 DCSB TRD O/R: 53
    4x4 DCLB TRD O/R: 15 :( maybe 2 a month in white?
    4x4 DCSB TRD O/R manual: 8

    4x2 DCSB TRD Sport: 225
    4x2 DCLB TRD Sport: 166
    4x4 DCSB TRD Sport: 68
    4x4 DCLB TRD Sport: 60

    4x2 DCSB Limited: 30
    4x4 DCSB Limited: 8

Considering all of the hardware changes involved in making the truck 4x4, longbed upgrade, access to double cab space increase, and all the extra hardware required to change from manual to automatic tranny, I'd have to say those prices are relatively fair.

Any way of finding out percentage or how many are built like this: 2016, INFERNO, TRD Sport, Access Cab, 4x4, auto tranny ? When my dealer found mine and he say they're few and far between. He got it re-routed to his dealership. = I love it!
