You did the right thing. Don't feel bad about it. Imagine if you saw her driving eratically did nothing, then seeing a story on the news she crashed into a family of 4 killing everyone but herself. Maybe in the course of your action, she learned a valuable lesson.

Good Call! Phoenix is crazy and there are drunk drivers that are killing people every week it seems like.

I had a similar experience, I was sitting at the In-N-Out drive through when I see this Mini Cooper behind me. I told my girlfriend that that Mini behind us was pretty sick and then next thing I know it's up my ass! Her Mini went right under my hitch and put a mean dent in her hood. I started talking to her and she was a nurse that just got off a long shift and was just trying to get some food. It didn't do anything to my truck but put a mean scratch and dent in her hood.

Interesting thing is, I almost didn't call it in. I was at my office when I had only been following her a short time. I turned of to go to work, but then turned around and observed her a little more before deciding she was definitely impaired by something and calling.

I don't think they were going to cite her for anything, but I am not sure. They did ask for my DL and got all of my information. They did shine their flash light in her eyes, and were talking to her in a very casual manner. From what I could tell, she was very polite and answering their questions. I think it might have scared her a little when all these cuisers surrounded her. I should have snapped a pic of the cruisers, but didn't think aboout it. You woulda thought she robbed a bank or something if you were driving by. I am sure she was embarassed.
