Did a little bit of cutting this morning of the inner fender well and the fender flares. Didn't need to take too much and tried REALLY hard to make it look stock. I think I did a pretty dang good job...

Prior to clean up - cut inside of fender flare and followed the line already in the plastic.

After cleanup and cut of inner fender well. Clears by about 1/2" on the fender well. Cut straight underneath the rivet into the firewall straight across and then straight down. I don't think most would even know it's been cut. Still hits cab mount BIG TIME but now I can drive normal without rubbing.

Here's the chunk that was removed. I carefully measured both sides to make sure they look identical.

Here's a link. I didn't do them myself though. I paid someone else to do it that professionally does retrofits. Cost me $250, but well worth it and WAY cheaper than Pro Headlights.

Was it a local guy that did it for you. I need to find somebody to do this for me. Just think it's over my head. I love in Tampa, fl. If it helps.

Yeah, it was a local guy. You could ask him if you could ship yours to him, but your truck would probably be down for a couple weeks. I'm sure they've got to have someone in Tampa that can do the same. Love FL by the way. Was down in Jacksonville for a conference earlier in the year to escape crappy Utah weather.

Sure, company's name is HID Retrofit. Number is (801) 448-1251. You can find some of their work on Facebook. Pretty sick stuff.

Did some painting last night. I never liked the chrome exhaust tip so I did some satin black engine enamel. I had some dripping and had to sand it and do it again. Stupid thing. Anyway, pics...

Oh man, look what I got today. Took a lot longer than I thought it would (~12 weeks) but they look like they're worth it. Thx @Clazzio!

LOOKS SWEET!!!! Have the same exact covers, but with black stitching and no decals. Took me 3 hours to get them installed... how long did it take you? How are your fingers feeling after haha. Had to let the covers sit in the sun for 15 min to heat them up and stretch them over. The fit is so nice. Some people have thought I bought the truck with the leather

I haven't had a chance to install them. Waiting for a nice warm day. May be a few weeks away still. I'm in Utah and the guys at Clazzio are too and told me as long as it was above 50 degrees I should be good. I'd rather not have bleeding fingers. ;)

I definitely recommend installing them on a warm day. I installed the drivers headrest cover first without letting it sit in the sun and it was 10x harder then the passenger side which I left in the sun for about 10-15 min. It was also about 75-80 deg sunny out which helped a lot. Plus the all black leather attracts the heat. Way easier after it was warm. I've read that you can wrap your cover in towels or blankets and put them in the over at a super low temperature to warm them up. It's really makes a big difference. Hope that helps

How did you stop the dripping from happening every time, any tips? I'm thinking of doing mine today after work :) Thanks!

Just do lighter coats. It says to do 2 light coats and 1 medium coat to finish. I definitely didn't do that. Lighter coats will help for sure.

Also already added the vinyl stickers from @rrentrop. Excited to get it all mounted up! Oh and CMC is going down this weekend. Get some welding done and finally clear my tires!

Got my skid plate mounted. I will say, very nice piece of kit. That said, it is aluminum and provides some protection, but not as much as steel would. I do save some weight though which is nice. As an added bonus, it looks sweet and matches the truck pretty dang well!
