    I don't have direct reports officially as I'm not a full project manager, but I'm technically a junior PM and I have people who report to me to assist the senior PM on the project. Again, a project manager's time is 90% spent on working with stakeholders and managing everyone. Just because they don't report to you (i.e. portfolio manager, who would technically be your boss) doesn't mean you're not managing them. More than one definition to managing and being a manager :thumbsup:
