    My direct manager can't even just fire me and he's a director... not every company works the same way. Not every manager in the world has the level of authority to hire and fire people. That's not how it works. A 15 person company and 10,000 person company do not have the same levels of management structure. As a senior PM, you have the ability to remove them from the team, but that doesn't mean they're fired. continue being closed minded, I don't care. I know what I do and what the responsibilities of a PM do, I do it 40 hours a week.
