    ;):thumbsup::fistbump:

    My favorite machine is my Garrett ACE250 with my Detech 13" Ultimate DD coil. I almost got a Minelab Safari a few years ago, but wanted to save up on other coils for different types of searches and setups. LOL, people think truck shi* is expensive, try MD'ing and HAM radio gear, LMAO!!! For HAM radio, you can EASILY HIT 10 GRAND and still not really show for it, LMAO!!! :facepalm::frusty::goingcrazy: Astronomy gear is just as bad, LMAO!!!

    The Garrett Ace 250 is what I use with the DD coil. Fun little unit that I can just throw in the truck and go.

    We gotta plan something eventually, I typically "dry sand hunt" now, but hit the local parks on occassion. The ones around here SUCK as they're NOT all that "old". The oldest one I found so far is the one on Graham and Heil. The thing I HATE about that park though is the ground is "gravel ridden" and it is a MAJOR PITA to do any type of recovery within a reasonable time frame!!!

    Anyways, we need to eventually get together for sure. Shi* man, I didn't know you were interested in MD'ing up until we went that day to meetup at Portillo's, LOL!!! How did you know I liked MD'ing? Must have been from a post you were lurking on, huh?! LMAO!!!

    :sick: I got sick too over the weekend. Went to urgent care on Monday because the wife insisted. Gave me the normal... Humm ummm here take this... Z-pack and some prednisone. I feel a lot better but I hate taking meds especially steroids and antibiotics together at the same time. The Dr. said I have some upper respiratory infection.

    I might not make it out tomorrow. Just taken it easy and trying to get over this shit.

    What I FINALLY found that works best for me, BY FAR, is DayQuil. If I take NyQuil, I pretty much throw up right away!!! LOL, proves I don't DRINK!!! LMAO!!! :eek::alien::cookiemonster::D

    That AND just staying under the covers!!! I find that I "recover" much, MUCH QUICKER that way!!! Then, when I feel like I can go back to doing regular daily activities, I typically DON'T!!! I give it that 1x extra day because WAY TOO MANY TIMES have I felt like I am able to go back to doing daily things and the damn cold/flu comes back and even worse than before!!! So, I've made that a "rule of thumb", for me!!! For the past FEW YEARS now, everytime I get sick, I do that rule of thumb of mine and I RARELY EVER get the cold/flu back. So, hence, I stick to that rule!!! It works for me for sure!!! :thumbsup: Plus, I like to eat, LOL, and that has a tendency to help as well, LMAO!!!
