Ocala national forest Campout

Probably will be up Saturday Afternoon, since I work thurs night.

Anyone wanna meet on Sat before going up?

And who will be camping saturday night as well?

Been doing that the last 20 minutes. Where is that abandoned neighborhood?

 

northeast corner. not really a abandoned neighborhood but more of a old rangers tower. if you zoom out and look ne of the little pong looking thing youll see a square box.

 

How close can we get to this bombing range?

 

I was wondering the same thing, but i think it is truely blocked off.

 

there is like a 10 foot fence, but you can drive all the way around it its cool when they are bombing, step dad said the choppers would hover right on top of them and follow them through the trails and shit. they said its the coolest shit ever

 

you can go right up to the boundary with all of the warning signs. there are entrances like this on the east and west sides. Alex actually ran into the fence to see if it would open



they have these signs surrounding the property


If we're lucky we'll see eome bombing runs. We missed seeing some action by one weekend on the trip these pictures were taken on. someone posted the next weekend saying they got to see a couple runs wheeling out there.

Me and Jon will be there Friday, i am planning on meeting up with Jon somewhere in Deland Friday morning and spending the day out there.
