Who will be at Nessy Burgers tomorrow, at 11 AM in accordance to TW plans?
Is it worth my time and gas, basically is what i am asking.

 

hmmm... the leader Mario had to work, the next leader Matt had to work... I was always a maybe because tomorrow is our semi-annual family spaghetti day with kids driving here from all over SD... but mostly in the PM.

Let's check the forum before 9 am tomorrow and get a final count. If only 1-3, perhaps save the gas and burger money for another time... if a few of you want to meet and talk about Tacomas (or A-TRAC) or Baja... I will drive over.

Dido, and i was thinking i could take us all to a cool trail i go to often that would be a great place to just have some fun!

 

I would like to see that... Panda Jerk's Drug Airport is the only one close to me I have found, now it is pretty well signed off limits. Ocotillo Wells and Corral Canyon are both like 90 miles from here, so a close 4WD run would really be sweet. Hope to see you tomorrow or soon after to check it out!

 

I have a run next weekend, so I gotta just chill out for a bit.

 

Another tw member and I will be at the welks trail today. About nine thirty behind the am pm at deer springs road.

 

Okay, I am hanging here for now... I talked to Tommy (prerunning 4x4) and he was already on his way... His trail area is the same one I have been calling Panda Jerk's Drug Airport... and the start is the same place as the photos I posted in this thread earlier... but the road was blocked by someone.

 

Josh and I had a great time! We're thinking of taking more people next time, and planning ahead of time! Haha what an idea. Ill have some videos and pics up soon as he will too, we saved some jeepers.

 

Would have joined you if it was at the original 11 am time, but I got busy grilling Italian sausages for the spaghetti sauce, instead... LOL... but glad to hear you made it through. I am up for next time.. give me a ring if you don't catch me here! Thanks Tommy!!

 

I had a Nessy burger today, and was not impressed;( I was so amped to taste a new burger!!! It was a sad let down. I trusted you OP!

 

So, you expected it to taste like a Big Mac or what?

Nessy Burgers are like home cooked, 1/2 burger, on the grill... add what ever you like to it.

Maybe they were were bad for some reason that day...?

However, on the weekends I have never seen it without a mob waiting or eating there... People plan their trips from Northern California or Nevada to be at Nessy for lunch... So, it was a rare time to have a bad one ... bummer!
