When you get your new grille, the top and bottom screws should be fine. I'd reccomend taking a very small round file and filing the horizontal square openings back , that way the remaining two screws come in straight and not at a angle, as they did before.

Damn that blows dude! The washers provided were to large in diameter so I had to go to Home Depot to get smaller ones and I got some shorter screws too...that I though I recalled someone saying we'd need for the 2011 Grilles...it all worked out though. I'm at work right now but will take a decent pic when i'm off

    No problem man!
Most other emblems out there are simply 2D cut outs and the horns just look wrong. I tried my best to create the perfect 3D shape.

This is weird, I never heard of anyone cracking their grills trying to install Devil Horns.

By now everyone should have received their emblems. I'm going over most of them to check if they arrived. USPS doesn't always get their tracking right but it's thea easiest and cheappest way to ship.

I'll have to take a closer look at the 2011+ Tacomas, seems like the bolts and washers weren't the right ones. I went by what other members from here told me. All of your input will help me fabricate better products and be more efficient, thank you!

I think the cracking may have been the result of cold weather and messing around with it too much. Not to mention the plastic is 11 years old. The side screws however were not going to fit. The screw holes were too far inboard of the holes in the grill. If/when I take it apart again I'll take some pictures for you

Not that they dont/cant fit, but some modifying needed to be done. Let me know if you need exact measurements (via my calibrated calipers :)) and I will see what I can do. It will just be a PITA taking them off, lol.
