I reckon we should park up at the brewery! I'll double check with my taproom manager but I'll throw out 10/20 or 10/27. We always have a food truck out front, beer inside, plenty of parking, and a private room that we can take over.

Welcome! There's usually someone going somewhere and sometime during the month. Keep an eye out in https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/nw-wa-meet-bs-thread.224544/page-2207#post-18858349 to see what's going on and ask if they would mind if you tag along.

I know Meg doesn't like to mix alcohol with meetups so I'll through a run out to Tahuya or cram another Fortune Creek run in before the snow gets to deep (might be to late on the upper end).

I tried a snow run there 2 years ago. I don't recommend it. Too much sidehills if you don't have rear steer, and too much elevation change if you don't have 47s. @NorthwestCruiser might be able to back me up on this one.

Might have to rethink that one then.

If there's an inch at the campsite at the start of the lower trail then there'll be 3 feet at the first hillclimb.

I do a snow run every year up there. I’m down. But yes gets sketchy with the side hills when it gets deep
