OCV (VVT) small oil filter for 2.7L

Hello, I can't seem to find a part number for the small vvt oil filter for my 2.7L...

I have the part number for the v6 (1567831010), however none of the parts stores can verify it will fit the 2.7L.

Does anyone able to confirm if the part is the same for both engines?

Also, will I lose oil taking out this filter when the engine is cold?
