Hello all. I have a v6 2007 Tacoma with almost 100k. Lately, my front end has been feeling, well odd. I feel like something is worn out, especially when I drive low mph. I also have a more prominent drive train vibration. My truck is lifted, and I do have the rear bearing drop kit installed.

My mechanic is kind of scratching his head, he says nothing is worn, and thinks it could be my steering column? However, the column is not leaking, and the steering is still tight on the truck.

    Here is the video.

I don't know if it's been an issue in 2nd Gen trucks, but the first Gen trucks would often end up with loose bolts on the steering racks.

I've got the same problem man. Mechanic said it was my upper control arms. Said he tightened something but of course the next day the popping noise is back. Subbed for solution
