just got done putting tacozilla back together for road use (4cyl 4x4 5spd frame etc) and it needed a clutch so put in new match set clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing. when you press clutch down about 3/4 or so everything works fine, can take in and out of gear freely, truck rolls free etc.... push it all way down and its like the clutch is trying to engage, sticks in gear at a stop cant put it into gear if starting in N and truck tries to creep (forwards or back depending on gear)

anybody ever had this after new install? I'm thinking maybe the master cyl or slave is bleeding off when pushed too far? any help is greatly appreciated

Did you mess with the pedal free play adjustment? If your master & slaves are in good shape not leaking etc; Try & bleed again & check the condition of your fluid also for discoloration, dirt & so forth.. good luck....
