I am slightly stumped by a noise I hear under my glove box, only during a certain scenario. The vehicle is a 2013 Tacoma.

When I have my blower motor on setting 3 or 4 and the vehicle is mobile, if I press the brakes I hear what sounds like the blower fins hitting plastic. I took the blower out and it wasn't loose, worn or damaged - same goes for the housing it mounts to.

I'm completely stumped but the noise is driving me insane in the mornings.

Did you check above where the filter is. Sometimes sticks or leaves handle down. The other thing it may be is the bearing beginning to wear. Earlier models had problems with the blower motor squeaking and chirping from prematurely worn bearings.
