I race in the Lucas Oil series latemodel and normally drive myself because the team will be there at least a day before, also I've been working on a national broadband expansion project for work that has been putting around 500 to 800 under me each day on work days. Most of those days are 14 to 20 on the clock. Company vehicle is useless so I take my Taco and charge out the mileage, $.55 mile more than pays tires and oil changes. Luckily I've never had any major failures on any of my Toyotas. Cant say as much about some others I've owned. I'm certain none of my others including my Tundra would hold up like this one. I'm anal so I keep the inside spotless but I use it as a truck so I'm just consistent in cleaning and maintaining. Don't get me wrong ill go off road back to cell sites and microwave towers so it gets nasty but I generally take care of the inside the same day if I can and the outside when I get to it or to a good car wash.

The temp compass won't work for me. Mine is chip legs not resistors. I was able to reseat chip and glue like they did from factory and it was good for about 3 months so when it quit I suspected the same thing but this time when the chip was mounted it got so hot it blistered my finger so I figure its fried. Appreciate the info though.
