Odd water leak

I've seen a few threads about lower windshields, cabin air filters, even condensing water on an AC line. I cant find this one:

07 Tacoma XR ( I have had it for 3-Days) while at work, it rained, and when I got back into the truck after the shift, put it in reverse and started to back out. When the truck started to move, water (like a half a cup) poured out of the garage door/sunglass holder up by the rear view mirror. I can only figure that it leaked somehow, and pooled up there. Any ideas on where to start? Thanks.

 

Ouch, 1st of all welcome to TW. Sorry this had to be your 1st post. Anyway, I think I read another thread about the same complaint, and the one idea was the weather strip ontop of the roof that you would remove to mount a roof rack. They said there are screws there that may be loose or need sealed. Hope that helps. Good luck.
