My 2013 regular cab has what I believe to be oem added foglights. It looks like they are pulling power straight from battery, however they only come on with low beams like a truck from the factory with fogs. I want to do the anytime mod bit not sure where to start. Here is a pic of the relay that the switch runs to in the engine bay. I have searched but can only find info on how to wire. Anyone know how to accomplish this?!

I think those are referring to trucks with fogs from the factory. Mine was added after. I looked and have no "fog light" relay in the fuse box. Wonder if I can modify the relay I posted the pic of...

Did you buy the truck used? That's a little weird your 2013 RC didn't come with the wiring from the factory. Have you searched around to see if the factory plugs/wiring are taped up somewhere?

If you want them to turn on with parking lamps you can do this; find the positive wire that feeds one of the parking lamps. Tap onto it and run that wire to your 'switched hot' leg of the relay. Then the normally open side of the relay will power the fog lights.

If you want to turn them anytime do this; find a wire that is hot constant, but only when the truck is on. Tap into that wire and run it to the 'switched hot' leg of your relay.

Your relay should look something like this.
