depending on when you order they do deals for free shipping. I recalled I paid 405 or something out the door. Ordered from a site back east somewhere. check around since anyone that has it will just get it from somewhere else.

They have been noting they are discontinued for a few years now but small amounts seem to still pop up.

Just ordered my all weather flooring to install with my sound deadening this weekend figured if I got to take it out might as well upgrade.

If that's true super glad I bought mine today, was not expecting it to be a limited item.

Just checked with my Toyota dealer and they say the order hasn't been cancelled and California is still showing they have some in stock for manual access cabs. Item doesn't have an ETA yet though but they say to keep checking in every day as Toyota often overnights backordered stuff and it will arrive before it even says it shipped.

Still hopefully getting it tomorrow or the next day.

Good eye, yeah Hurst Stick and Ball. :rolleyes:thatswhatshesaid

(Also ball(s) whenever I finally get around to doing my twin stick swap.

And a core 15 short shifter base.

    Link here:

    https://core-shifters.com/

It is a little noisier than stock as pretty much all performance parts are but the solid engagement sure shifter feeling and shorter throws make driving this horrible RA60F trans actually fun. It's basically a clone of the B&M short shifter which is out of production but honestly I think these are more skookum.

The Steel FJ pedal and the clutch accumulator valve delete are also mandatory if you have a stick IMHO.

Also have a stainless steel braided flex line on the clutch but that didn't make much difference.

I know most have put in their 2nd gens. Going to try to find one and put in my 3rd gen. The carpet is a PITA with all the sand, cinders rock and mud here in AZ.

Hey Key, I'm still on the fence doing this mod. My question is, do the wrinkles eventually settle? If not do you think the material is pliable enough to maybe use a heat gun to smooth it out? My OCD would drive me nuts!

The wrinkles will settle out with a little time and heat from parking in the sun on their own for the most part. It's definitely workable with a heat gun if you feel so inclined, wear some gloves and take your time to work it, don't burn it.

It looked like a forgotten in the dryer dress shirt of a mess when I first unfolded it. It arrived at the dealer basically folded in forths in a big plastic bag. I left it unfolded layed out in the sun while I ripped out the old carpet consoles and trim.

I cleaned the metal floor pan and did the Dyna/mat/liner/pad process and then with the vinyl floor nice and toasty from the sun I was easily able to pull the jute matting and foam forms from the back before installing it on top of my own insulation and deading.

Laying in the sun smoothed it out a lot but as you see some wrinkles were left. Part of that is just contouring differences and from fitting it without the jute backers over my own Dyna'ing.

What wouldn't be seen behind the seats I didn't worry about and I think it's mostly gome now anyways and after a week of the truck parked in Florida sun it contours pretty nicely to the pan.

Summer is probably the best time to do this but wear long sleeves as sun burn is a bitch and you will sweat any sunscreen off.

There's still some spots, mainly the sharp corner bends around the rear cargo box area that I probably could stand to work with a heat gun for a more perfect fit but nobody will ever really see or notice them so I'm not bothered to take the time.

Very happy with the final results, much easier to keep clean and I don't have to care about liquids soaking through or stains or sand getting hopelessly embedded in the carpet.

10/10 would do again especially if you dyna everything while it's all ripped out so much quieter going down the road and I like the more muted less busy dark interior far more than the light gray carpet.

I would get it asap if you're thinking about it. It is a part that seems to be on the chopping block for being discontinued.

The most challenging bit was getting my custom floor mat anchors to work with the floor.

This flooring isn't made with the use of floormats in mind so I had to drill some holes for the pass through anchors but it's all solid now, works great with my all weather Huskies and anything that makes it over around or under the mats is easily vacuumed out in minutes.

Seems less humid in the truck too now, I had gotten a few inches of water in the carpet once and it apparent never could fully dry out, the carpet was dry on top, and floor dry underneath but the jute has a plastic vapor barrier that trapped some moisture in the insulation.

Thankful it never molded but that's one more thing I never have to worry about again.

And I don't have to care about keeping muddy boots off the carpet.

Wish I knew about and did it sooner,!

If you like to play in the dirt with your truck or work on and mod this one is a must!

i still have my weathertech mats in there, so i barely see the floor... but it's great not having to worry about the moisture stuck in my carpet. the weathertechs still hold most all the dirt, mud and water, but i always had water, dirt, etc end up on the carpet... no more! there was always a small leak inside on heavy rain storms that would cause wet carpet in spots and this has helped with that.. still can't track down the leak (lack of time to really dig into it), but not having the wet carpet is a huge plus.

If someone installs the all-weather floor in a Gen 2 double cab, could you take a photo of the backside of the all-weather floor before it goes in and post here?

I have one here to install one of these days and some of the padding and plastic foam blocks have come out of position. For a couple of ‘em it’s not at all clear where they need to go.

Just ordered one - hopefully order doesn't get cancelled. I'll try to remember to take some pics.

On another note, it's not clear to me from the pics, but does this OEM mat come with the plastic "clips" for securing the sides of the mat to the door frame as well as securing the mat to the well that holds the jack and tire change tools storage compartment? Or will I need to transfer those clips/brackets from the original carpet?
