Just asked my local Toyota about the DC AT part #… showing 1 in stock, but it’s just north of $1,000.

Dang, inflation is hitting Taco parts. I paid $450 a couple years ago.

I have been looking for an option for my 2017 Access cab. Will what I have linked above allow me to remove the carpet still and replace with that or am I expected to keep the carpet in and lay it on top? Bought my Tacoma used for a great deal with the one downside being the slight smoke odor that I believe resides in the carpet and headliner.

Look into using an active ozone generator device for maybe 10-15 minutes with a closed cab to help reduce & eventually eliminate residual smoke & fragrance odors. (Anywhere. Car interiors, indoor upholstery/curtains in a house, etc.)

I run it about once a week in the truck and it has made a big difference for sure. Also just like the idea of the vinyl flooring rather than carpet as I am in a big red clay state.
