Hello I have the Reference Series 500 for my 2019 Tacoma for several years now and today I am experiencing an issue with my system and would like to ask for assistance with helping me solve the issue. When I go to turn the key to the on position to start the truck I get a very loud constant audible tone coming from the speakers with some cracking/popping and hissing. The sound continues even after turning the volume all the down, turning audio off and even after I remove the key from the ignition the sound continues for 30 seconds or so. I have checked the ground under the carpeting under the front seat and checked both 20 amp fuses one located in the amp under the seat and one coming off the power supply at the battery. All checked out ok and the led power indicator on the amp is green. For the meantime I have removed the 20 amp fuse coming off the battery to stop the noise but now I have no working sound system. Could anyone please reply with any thoughts or input you may provide me with in getting this resolved. Thank you.

Some type of issue in the amp itself. I would call OEM Audio to open a service ticket and see if warranty will cover it.
