Greetings all! I am getting a bit frustrated. I have installed the Pioneer AVH-1330NEX and looking to keep my OEM back up camera in use. I have grid lines but no camera... I thought maybe it was a fuse, but dont see any blown out. Thoughts/recommendations?

Who installed the hu? Sounds like a cable wasn't connected.

The grid lines comes from the camera. Go in to the options of the stereo and make sure the back up camera feature is turned on. I had this exact same problem last week on my commuter.

It’s in the general settings, not the audio/video settings.

I've never messed with any of that but it seems like there's no input from the cam, so I thought that maybe it was a cable issue.
...is the new hu compatible with the cam?

Check the Pioneer website to ensure the head unit is compatible with the camera. It’s just an RCA connection but some head units won’t recognize certain cameras.

There is input if he can see the grids. The grids come from the camera, it’s just not showing the picture from the camera

Usually grid lines are generated and not cam input.
I'd see if the hu is compatible with the cam.

The oem camera is 6 Volt and the aftermarket stereo has 12 volt output.(maybe?)
