In my case it took about to 2 days to process the order and get a tracking number using UPS. I don't have a delivery date quite yet but will follow up once ups tracking updates. I would plan 2-4 days based on the amount of orders they are probably getting now.

 

Contacted CS and apparently my order didn’t go through. I’m going to try again tonight using a computer instead of my phone. On a positive note, the CS rep got back to me in about 10 after I inquired about my order.

 

Third times a charm. First two orders didn't go through but the third did. Matt at parts was helpful.

Finally went through last night. 9 tries!

 

So.....I received mine today. After unwrapping and installing it I found tons of marks/scrapes/scratches etc. It looks like some manufacturing machine had it's way with it! Plus there is a bunch of resin looking stuff all over it. Tried to rinse and clean with big broom/brush but to no avail. I'm going to reach back out to seller and see what's up. It looks like the one I received was a serious manufacture "seconds" version. There was zero indication of this on the website when purchasing so time to raise hell. Please post if you any of you get lemon's too. Hopefully not!

Just a quick update.....I reached out to Cobb County Toyota via phone and email. The phone rang and rang. The email, with pics included, was responded to very quickly! (To my surprise). "Elder" offered an apology and explained they come from the manufacturer already packaged so it's hard to see any defects once they ship them out. However, he will be sending me another first thing in the morning. If this holds true, I have no problem continuing to order parts from them and I applaud their response in such a timely manner without givin' me shit!

Still just out of curiosity please post here if you guys get a lemon as well. I've read on other sites (including here) where even full price customers received mat's with lots of manufacturer deformities. Hope you all don't have to go through this hassle as well and receive good ones!

Absolutely! I'll let ya now how it goes. Either way still pretty damn stoked to grab one of these mats finally. It's freakin' solid weight wise and super grippy!

 

Sorry for not responding sooner, but looks like folks already answered you question. My order went thru on the first try and received the email immediately. I actually received the mat today (quick shipping) but didn't open it up from the packaging yet. Saw that someone got a bad mat, going to check mine out tomorrow. happy shopping everyone.

 

Ordered mine this morning along with some oil filters and misc nuts and bolts I needed. I didn't have any issues with the website, order processed just fine the first try.

Only bummer was after I ordered I kicked myself for not getting coolant too since I'm due for a change. Called to try and add them to order but they said I'd just have to place another order.

 

Received mine two days ago. Put it in yesterday. Looks great. No cosmetic issues at all. Thanks for the heads up.

I tried multiple times today to place an order. Using my phone, computer, refreshing browser, restarting everything, no luck. Hopefully I can get it figured out. I just purchased a 2012 TRD sport access cab/6 spd last Friday (only 48,xxx miles). Excited to start building

 

Ordered last night, received a shipping notice at 0800

 

Still unsuccessful.. what's the trick? Is everyone using chrome or a different browser?
