    Hi All,

Just bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Access cab. Loving the truck, and just bought an OEM bed mat to go with it.

Just brought home the mat from a dealership (not the one I bought my truck at), and after unrolling it it appears that the mat is quite marked up. I've included some images below.

Is this normal? I don't necessarily mind the marks and I'm sure I'll be adding some soon anyways, but I paid full price and would like to know if I was given an already used one.

It’s fine. It’ll look worse after a few uses.

Cool! Those two marks in the second image had me worried, but if that's just how they come then I guess that's just the deal. Thank you everyone for input.

I sure hope you don't plan to keep it looking like new!!!! It'll get much worse. Adds character

I don't think that's normal. Maybe I'm seeing something that's not there, but it looks like cracks and separation from a chem reaction... I'm sure you'll add your own marks, but you bought new and you should get new. My personal opinion and I'm sure the mob here will tell you to suck it up.

Hmmm that was also my thought — that it looked like some sort of burn.

Had the same on my mat and dealer just swapped out ... they claimed manufacturing flaw but I would bet they just sell it the next unsuspecting customer. It was painless for exchange so did not sweat it.
