I have some bad deep scratches on my new 2016 TRD OR Tacoma front white bumper and am wondering how it would look if I replace the white front bumper with the OEM black front bumper and rear bumper inserts, how would it look with my black fender flares!

    Any thoughts thanks!

To replace the front white and black parts on my truck, repair would cost $2300.00 but I would only pay the $500.00

The OEM bumper costs $370.00, but the smaller black part where the license goes cost $1300.00 and inserts another $200.00 then Labor!

I just bought that black front bumper insert for my sport. I like it better than the painted one. It was $150.

I don't think he's talking about the insert, he already has the black insert on his bumper. He's talking in regards to the entire black bumper like the picture of the SR he posted.

Gene, a plate bumper would be like the CBI bumper I posted in the other thread.

Based on the opinions of many members on here, you should be able to get those replaced under warranty...

It's that black bumper insert where your plate bracket attaches to. On my sport, it comes painted.

Just throw some touch up paint in it and call it good. It is a bumper (called that for a reason) and it is low, no one will even notice and you will get more dings in it over time anyway.

$1,361.74 for the black plastic insert!!! I think the parts guy was confused when he gave you those prices. There is no way it costs that much.
