I have been researching and have not been able to find any info on making an OEM front camera work with the Anytime Backup Camera Kit (kit without camera). I recently had the dealer install the Toyota lift kit, which came with the Heritage grill. I removed my grill and noticed it had the wiring harness connected to a "dummy" camera so I added an oem camera from a 2021 Tacoma (My 2022 did not have a front camera). My thought was I would then add the Anytime Backup Camera Kit and be done, but I can't find any info on how to connect the oem camera. Any thoughts? I think the oem camera is 6 volts, which might also be an issue.

Just found this post and am running into the same idea. I don’t like the Anytime camera protruding from the grill.

I just ordered a different Natika camera from Amazon that’s closer to OEM spec and that should plug into the harness from Anytime.

I’ll update you once I test fit it.

    Way better than stock.

I’m sure there are better DIY approaches but for my “phase 1 build”, I want to keep things as close to OE+ as I can (this is how I do all my builds - E30, 912, etc).

Also - @Got_boost - after hunting and reading a lot of posts, I have not been able to find anything for the OEM 6 pin connector splicing into the Anyconnect harness.

That’s why I went for the Natika.
