OEM "high performance" LED fog lights

Excuse me if this was discussed already. OEM high performance LED fog lights as an accessory for SR. Just looking for something to fill the space on the bumper, actual useful lighting is a bonus, and don't really use or need fog lights at all.

Are they really "high performance?" Worth the $139 + dealer installation?

Better off with the SR5 instead? Don't care for the chrome bumper, or remote key.

See the links at the top of the thread for all the updates including the OEM Toyota LEDs, they were tested with black bodies instead of chrome but the performance is the same. They are a good buy on the value end of the spectrum providing better performance than Morimoto at a lower cost if looking for a 'white' LED fog. Significantly better performing aftermarket options are available though, I'd suggest looking at Diode Dynamics SS3s (also linked at the top) if you were looking for a high performance light.
