I ordered the front bearings and races from Toyota for my 2003 2wd 5 lug tacoma and when I went to install found that the inner diameter of the inner bearing is to small and does not fit over the shaft of the steering knuckle. Anyone else experience this problem?

    YES!

same thing here with my 5 lug bearing replacement

Put the race in a toaster oven b4 installing
To get race to expand a smidge

    I was stumped
Until I called a race friend
I was putting the race in the freezer……making it tighter! I IDIOT!

I will bet that the replacement bearing is made in China. Unfortunatly you might have to go to the dealer or find a non china manufactured bearing.
