I just got the black bezel version. The lights themselves say made in Mexico- and the box is slightly different. Probably just different suppliers. image.jpg

These are NOT a direct fit. You can get them in there but the spacing on the mounting tabs is different.. I was able to fit it in but could only use one of the screws since the other tab doesn't line up with the mounting point.
And yes the photos are of upper vs upper and lower vs lower tabs. Not mixed up

I hope the one screw is enough to keep in on there.

And to prove they are indeed different I used a digital caliper to measure the spacing of the mount tabs. And the tab spacing on both upper and lower tabs on a given light are the same

    Old light 2.274 both tabs

New LED light 2.121 both tabs

Used a larger diameter stainless self tapping screw to secure the fog lights. Still only 1 vs two screws but on there solid. Figured out why the factory fog light was taking on water even though the lens wasn't cracked. The blue plastic cap with internal rubber seal that covers up the vent hole was missing. How the F did that come off. On the one that still has it this thing is on quite snug (bottom of photo)

    That's not a dial caliper, that's a digital caliper! :p

    Good info!

Sounds like you got them backwards. The left and right aren't interchangeable.

Nope. They are marked R and L and replaced the ones marked the same. And the tabs are a totally different heights so it would be impossible to install them reversed.
When i took out the old water logged on it was marked R. It was replaced wit the one marked R.

Add to the fact that the lens itself is quite sloped to match the angle of the housing and it would be impossible to install backwards.

They were a direct fitment for my 2014. I did also think the tabs were off at first, but once I got in there, it all lined up.

I think i know how we are both right. On each tab of the fog light there is a depression which fits over the top of the mounting tower. I mounted mine so the bottom one fits over that tower.. But there is room such that if position the tabs just on the outside edge of this tower there is room to get both screws in.

I send the photo's and the measurements of the lights, tabs and positions and size and depth or depression in tab, hole in tabs for screw, diameter and length of screw etc etc to my son who is an engineer. He put it together in solid works and there is enough room in the hole in the tab for the screw to move it 0.6 inches off dead center. So if you move the screw as far as you can to the outside of the hole on both sides you can manage to get the screws to fit the larger spacing of the factory tower mounts.. Only problem is that the edge of the tabs is sitting on top of the tower mounts and not in the depression in the tab itself.. It will work but based on the measurements you should use a longer screw since its no longer going as deep into the tower as it would if the tower was up and inside the depression by 0.125 inches.

This is the depression i am referring to

The answer is a qualified yes. Mine are installed on my 2015. Not exactly like the OEM ones as you will see from my measurements above. The inner tabs fit into sort of a slot and the outer ones are held by screws.
The inner slots are flexible enough to make up for the smaller tab spacing. The outer tabs required me to use only 1 vs two screws but I used a larger diameter and longer self tapping screw and washer and it looks like its there to stay. Drove through 5 hours of really heavy rain and they are still in there solid and no moisture buildup. If i find myself under there again i will post an installed picture of the inside mounting.
