I have a camper shell on my truck, will I have to move it back to install the luggage rack? I really don't want to because I have it sealed where there is no leaks.

Yes. You'll have to attach the back seals in the channels

If you can get your hand in where the rubber channel comes out you will be ok. You just have to push down the strip that is hook to the OEM rack. No bolts have to be put in back there. It gets pushed in with 2 sided tape.

I have a SnugTop and I just put the OEM racks on myself. Just makes it a little slower process, but easy enough.

Got the roof rack installed today, didn't have to move the camper. It was tough getting my hand in between the cab and camper but I got it done. Looks great. Pic's to come.
