    It has been a while since I bought pads, my goodness they have gone up. $90 shipped for what I paid $40 or so and thought I was paying too much for several years ago. And all this time I thought they were gouging for the Pro grill......

    I work in a Chevy parts department. Colorado brake pads retail for $177.54. Insane!

    Wagner has been my go to for many years.

    OEM pads just last longer than the all the AM pads I've used including Raybestos and Wagner. Very low dust too compared to those . Worth the extra $20

    OEM pads on my Toyotas have all lasted 120k and performed quite well.

    That said, I’m relatively certain Toyota uses Akebono to make their pads. Akebono makes some damn fine pads so you’d can’t go wrong either way.

    They're not going to outlast or out stop akebono pads. If the OEM pads were half the cost of Akebono I still wouldn't buy them. I never skimp on brakes or tires.
