@runnin4tacos bed stiffeners on today. Feel pretty beefy.

Just snowed in Colorado so the bed is a bit ... “moist”

    Awesome build, I love it!
I went through the four full pages from the beginning and still laughing at "Plans - a girlfriend".

Once the DoD clears you, I want to hear an update on how the traction board broke. :)

Also swapped the CaliRaised pods for @Baja Designs Squadron Pros (clear).

To be fair, the CaliRaised are a great bang for the buck light kit. But 2,500 vs 4,900 lumens is a needed jump.

Awesome truck, love your build. Where'd you get your hands on an x-cover mini? I ordered a regular x-cover a couple of weeks back (need it for a family of 4) and during my research I saw a ton of stuff around the x-cover mini but it's nowhere to be found new.

its a one-off prototype that never made it to production. Nearest I can tell it started life on Runnin4Taco’s Twon’s truck before landing at upTOP Overland and was stored for about a year. They just recently put it up for sale. I saw it and knew exactly what it was and then jumped quick. :D:cool:

Great build, great dogs. How much better does this get? Thanks for sharing, and thanks for your service.

With all the lights coming in (S8 is still OTW), I figured it’s time to start sketching out a plan:

    Components:
    • BD Rock Lights (Clear) [39-8050]
      • Watts: 5w (ea)
      • Amps: 0.4A (ea)
    • BD S8 40” Spot Lightbar (clear) [704001]
      • Watts: 224w
      • Amps: 16.23A
    • BD S8 30” Work/Scene Lightbar (amber) [703006]
      • Watts: 168w
      • Amps: 12.17A
    • BD Squadron Pro Driving/Combo Ditch Lights (clear) [49-7803]
      • Watts: 40w (ea)
      • Amps: 2.90A (ea)
    • PowerTrays Blue Sea 12 Circuit tray w/ accessory bundle
      • Blue Sea 12-circuit fuse block
      • Blue Sea MRBF terminal fuse holder
      • Busman 100A circuit breaker
      • 125A MRBF fuse
      • 18” power cable
      • 6” power cable
      • 22” ground cable
    • Miscellaneous
      • 16 AWG SXL Primary wire
      • 4-pin relays
      • Soldering equipment/supplies
      • A buddy who know electrical stuff
Oddly enough, there really isn’t a whole lot of help with anything electrical. So I put together some general guide/wiring schematics:

Changed the TRD OR fog bezels for a set from the SR5.

It’s subtle but cleaner, I think.

Looks really good is it a simple change or did you have to mod anything?

You like that Rocky Mounts rear rack? Can you still drop the tailgate when the bike is off?

I meant when the bike is completely off the rack and the arm is folded down, will the tailgate hit it?
